The Run the Valley 2025 medal series honors the beauty of Waynesboro, the surrounding Shenandoah Valley, and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Tulip Poplar is a common tree in our region and a beautiful one at that.  Run each race and collect winter, spring, summer and fall leaf medals, one for each race.
